Adam Wright
FCCA FMAATAdam works closely with company directors on accounting, tax and wider business decisions. As a co-founder, he helps shape AGILE's technology-led, client-focused approach, bringing practical advice and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.
James Faulkner
FCCAJames combines strong technical accounting knowledge with an approachable, commercial outlook. He supports clients with their financial and tax affairs while helping lead the team and maintain the high standards of service that matter to AGILE.

Dan Ross
MAATDan helps oversee client work, supports the accounting team and keeps projects moving. His practical, organised approach helps clients receive clear information and dependable support throughout the year.
Jack Taylor
MAATJack works closely with clients on their regular accounting needs, from bookkeeping and VAT to accounts preparation. He brings a methodical approach and clear communication to the work he does.
Anish Sroay
MAATAnish supports clients with bookkeeping, VAT, year-end accounts and ongoing questions. He focuses on accuracy, responsive communication and helping clients feel confident about their finances.
Jai Sander
Jai supports client accounting work across the practice, helping keep financial records and reporting on track. He works alongside the wider team to deliver reliable day-to-day support.
Bethan Wright
BA (Hons)With an English literature degree and a background in customer service and office management, Bethan helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes. She brings organisation, care and a welcoming approach to AGILE.
Kaitlin Calloway
AAT Level 4 TraineeKaitlin supports client onboarding and accounting administration while continuing her AAT studies. Having completed Level 3, she's progressing through Level 4 and developing her practical experience alongside the team.
Ben Heathcock
AAT Level 4 TraineeBen is building his accounting skills through his AAT apprenticeship and hands-on client work. With strong A-level results and previous customer service experience, he brings an approachable attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
